Corrections

This is the email we most want to receive. If a price, a plan limit, a platform capability or an API detail on this site is wrong, send the page URL and the correct detail. We will check it, update the page, and change the checked date. Pages that get a substantive correction show an updated date.

Facts in this category go stale quickly, so a correction is a favour rather than a complaint.

If you make a tool

You are welcome to tell us about your product, and we will look at it. Some things worth knowing before you write.

• We do not sell positions in ranked lists, and one position is not open in the first place: our own product, SchedPilot, is placed at number two by our own policy. Our editorial policy and disclosure page explains how rankings are decided and where our commercial interests lie.
• Every entry carries a real downside, including yours. If that is a problem, this is not the site for you.
• We check claims against your own documentation. Clear, current docs and a public pricing page make it far more likely we get your product right.
• We do not publish link placements, sponsored posts, or guest posts. This site carries no external links at all.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover a restricted or suspended account, and we cannot contact a platform on your behalf. If that is why you are here, our guide to the automation rules that get accounts restricted explains the penalty levels and what an appeal involves.

We also do not offer social media management as a service. This site is editorial.
